in vs2010 you can create .sql file with intelisense same as mssql.
add "edit in vs2010 mode" to create sql file with all of .net feauther.

I am unable to enable the Sql Azure Explorer. I am running beta 2. I have attached a screenshot of the extension manager window and my version info.

Another solution: You click on the hyperlink and then check the allow button in the dialog that follows. After you close and reopen Visual Studio the extension should be enabled.

I'm pretty sure this is because you installed the addin as a normal user but runs visual studio as an elevated administrator. I had the exact same issue so I'm running VS2010 as a normal user and it works fine.

Context menues and functionality for create new table, view, sp and functions. Open up editor window with some generated template scripts.

Create new table will eventually be replaced with something more powerful.
